Who Am I?
My name is Keenan Crosby
Hello, I am Keenan and I'm happy to be here. I grew up in a normal American suburb with the dreams of a white picket fence, two car garage and a “solid job” being my ticket to happiness. Problem was that things didn’t exactly line up that way for me. After getting kicked out of the Army at 19 for smoking weed, I battled with alcoholism and addiction for 10 years. When I got in a DUI accident that could have killed me, that was the wake up call I needed to jolt me out of my unintentional living. Now the problem was all I wanted out of life was to be happy but I had no idea how to achieve it. Well after 6+ years of sobriety, and a trip to India to study meditation and yoga, I am now the happiest I have ever been. One of the greatest things I ever did for myself was committing to a daily meditation practice and learn how to live mindfully. I had to take the unconventional road but I have learned that what society tells us will make us happy, doesn’t. However I did find some things that do, and I would love to empower you with the same wisdom.
